Hi fellows!
We are finally here in Perú, in Lomas de Manchai to be more prescice. For thows who were worrying at home, we arrived without any issue exeplt for the 8h wait in Río; the rest of the jurney went on well and we have just met most of the teams at the hotel.
First of all: mum, you were rigth.... it´s much hotter than wat I expected (mi shirt is all sheated by now XD). Speaking about that, the shock was much less violent than waht I expected. I mean that (leaving the accent appart) Lima is not so different from others cityes I´ve been to so I wasn't really surprised.
Then, maybe I should talk you about the rest of the team. It turned up that I´m far the youngest ! In fact, Rogger (the English cirurjian) calls me "foetus"... Anyway apparently we have a couple of américans, an Indonesian anestesiólogist, Rogger and two Normans. We are still waiting for the French team to arrive but they will do so in these days.
In order to know each other, we had our first meal together: Ceviche!!!! Good I love that <3! Even if I was the onlyone; that raw fish with lemon is amazing. Unfortunately this lifestyle is not going to last for long. The operations start tomorrow and for what I´ve seen the facilityes are not specially luxurious. According to Lía (the indonesian) the biggest problem will be triing not to infect the pacients because of the simple fact of beeing in such a filthy hospital... Now that I speak about this I fell kind of scared.... I´m not sure if I´ll be aible to handle a big stress situation and I feel pity because after seen the enormous amout of people in line to get the papers for the opperations I´m affraid the time and the ressources won´t be enauph for all of them.
Sorry but I guess I´ll have to leave you now: I´m damned tired and toomorow doesn´t look like it would be an easy day.

Bye foes!  I´ll be writing as soon as possible! see you
